Help Using Qualtrics

If you are having difficulty or need user support for Qualtrics, you may contact the ITS Helpdesk for assistance. Our contract with Qualtrics provides Tier 1 support for users, so you may also contact them directly for support. To access Qualtrics' Support, just click the "Help" button at the top of any page when you're accessing the survey software from a browser and then click Contact Support.

Qualtrics 5 Step Training Program - Self-paced instruction that includes video instruction and interactive activities to teach a user how to perform just about any function possible in Qualtrics. Qualtrics Research Resources - ITS employees can help you with using Qualtrics, but we are not experts in survey building and construction. You should check with your academic advisor or someone who is skilled in survey building and question construction if you have questions in those areas before launching your survey. Qualtrics On-Demand Training Webinars - Provides video based webinars to help users learn how to perform certain functions in Qualtrics: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/trainings-and-webinars/on-demand-webinars/

Live Training Webinars - Our Qualtrics subscription includes free live training webinars where users can learn from Qualtrics instructors and ask questions. Our contract provides users to access to all of the webinar-based trainings; it doesn't provide for in person, on site instructor led trainings (last option on this page) - https://www.qualtrics.com/support/trainings-and-webinars/client-trainings/

Qualtrics Research Suite University - Qualtrics' online knowledge base that provides instruction in a variety of ways including video, articles, and screenshots. Our subscription to Qualtrics is for the Survey Platform tool, so you would click that option on this page for support and help. We do not subscribe to the other tools on this page.
