My Apple Device Quit Working on the W&J Wireless Network

Problem

On rare occasions, an Apple device that has been connected, registered and working on the W&J Secure and W&J Open wireless networks can stop connecting to the internet.

Solution

  1. Forget both of the W&J wireless networks on the device
  2. IPad example:
    1. Select Settings
    2. Select Wi-Fi and W&JOpen network
    3. Forget this Network
    4. select W&JSecure network
    5. Forget this Network
  3. Reboot Apple networking device
  4. Reconnect to only the W&JSecure wireless network is recommended.
